Please note that a surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals between 19 and 20, EUR 35 between 20 and 22, EUR 45 between 22 and 24. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The credit card holder must be present upon arrival with the credit card used for the booking. If a credit card of a third party is used, a signed authorization form of the credit card owner is mandatory. Please note that your credit card limit is not reduced neither blocked nor debited: Credit card limits are not affected by securing a deposit with us. For stays exceeding 30 nights, a refundable deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. Additionally, a "Transitorio" contract must be registered with the tax office, which incurs an administrative fee of €50.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
