A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:00. Late check-in fee: EUR 20 from 20:00 until 22:00; EUR 40 from 22:00 until 00:00; EUR 60 from 00:00 until 01:00. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. Please note that the unit includes free utilities usage (gas, electricity and water) only for stays up to 20 days. Readings will be taken at check in and at check out and the utilities usage will be charged separately. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
